Reena Mittal is a psychotherapist (MFT) and a career counselor in San Diego CA since 2010. She specializes in issues such as anxiety, depression, career transitions, childhood trauma, and more. Reena has been practicing a specific breathing technique (SKY Breath Meditation) since 2013. It has resulted in a profound transformation in both her career and personal life. She voluntarily enjoys sharing her experience and knowledge about the power of breath and the Sky Breath Meditation program so others also have a chance to experience the same inner joy and peace.
Nikhil Gurav works as an engineer at Qualcomm in San Diego. He started practicing SKY Breath Meditation in 2017. After seeing immense benefits from 20 minutes of daily practice regularly, Nikhil has been voluntarily sharing his experience since 2018.
Aditi Chawla is a dedicated scientist in the biotechnology industry, with a profound passion for holistic well-being. She has been practicing yoga, breath work, and meditation for nearly 20 years and strives to weave the realms of science and spirituality into her life and into the lives of others by teaching these ancient techniques.
She has cultivated a deep understanding of the profound effects of breathwork and meditation on the mind and body.
