Qualifications:

Experience in facilating groups such as support group, birds of a feather, etc. Must has initimate understanding of Dementia either through personal or professional experiences with dementia care. Must be compassionate. Must be able to faciliate a group with charged emotions.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Knowledge of dementia and the unique challenges faced by caregivers. Ability to provide empathy, encouragement, and practical solutions.

Job Description: 

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Group Facilitator to lead our online Village of Dementia Caregivers. The group leader will facilitate learning through sharing of participant experiences and challenges, while providing valuable resources. The focus is to help participants cope with high demands of caregiving.

Responsibilities: 

Facilitate regular Village of Dementia Caregivers gathering. Develop and maintain resources, including educational materials, guest speaker lists, and community service referrals.
